How do I introduce my dog to a snuffle toy?

Start easy! Place a few of your dog's favourite treats or kibble where they're easy to find, and let your pup explore at their own pace. Once they've figured out the game, gradually hide treats deeper in CLIK's fabric layers or throughout the HIDE & SEEK mat. Always supervise playtime.

What can I put in the toys and feeders?

Small treats and dry kibble work well in CLIK's pockets, the HIDE & SEEK mat, and the Acorn Treat Dispenser. The Slow Feeder Bowl works with kibble and wet food, making it easy to add enrichment to everyday meals. Always choose food that's safe and appropriate for your dog, and check individual product instructions before trying new fillings.

Can my dog play with an enrichment toy without supervision?

We recommend supervising your dog during enrichment play, especially when introducing a new toy. Products like CLIK, HIDE & SEEK, and the Acorn Treat Dispenser are designed for interactive enrichment, not unsupervised chewing. Regularly inspect toys for wear and remove them if any parts become loose or damaged.

Are these toys suitable for puppies or dogs that chew hard?

Every dog plays differently! CLIK is designed for gentle sniffing and isn't recommended for teething puppies or heavy chewers. The HIDE & SEEK Snuffle Mat is also not intended for heavy chewing. The Acorn Treat Dispenser is a treat-dispensing puzzle, not a chew toy. Choose based on your dog's play habits, and supervise every session.

How do I clean an enrichment toy?

Cleaning depends on the product. CLIK and the HIDE & SEEK Snuffle Mat can be machine-washed on a gentle cycle and air-dried completely. Detachable HIDE & SEEK parts can be wiped or rinsed separately as needed. The Slow Feeder Bowl can be hand-washed or cleaned in the dishwasher. Always follow the care instructions for your specific product.

Which DUO leash is right for my dog?

Both DUO leashes offer versatile, hands-free walking with waterproof coated webbing and a 7.5-foot length. The DUO Lite Leash features slimmer, lighter webbing designed for smaller dogs, while the DUO Premium Leash has wider webbing designed for medium to large dogs. Choose the one that best suits your dog's size and your walking preferences.

Can I wear a DUO leash hands-free?

Absolutely! Both the DUO Lite and DUO Premium can be worn crossbody or around your waist, so you can keep your hands free when needed. You can also switch to handheld walking anytime. DUO Premium includes an additional traffic handle for extra close control in busy areas.

Should I choose a collar or a harness for walks?

It depends on your dog's comfort, fit, and walking habits. A collar sits around the neck, while the AURA Harness features an adjustable, back-clip design that helps distribute leash pressure across the body rather than concentrating it around the neck. Whichever you choose, always check the fit and hardware before heading out. A well-fitted harness can support comfortable walks, but it doesn't replace leash training.
