Shipping Policy

We currently ship to North America only. (Canada and the United States)

CANADA

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over CAD $75 (before tax).

For orders under the threshold, standard shipping rates are:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
    • $8 for orders weighing 0–2 kg
    • $14.90 for orders over 2 kg

Express Shipping is available at a flat rate of $21.90.

USA

We offer free shipping for every order over USD$100 (5-7 business days). For orders under the threshold, charges are directly calculated at checkout. All orders are subject to duty and import fees.

 

Return & Exchange

We have a 30-day return policy for Canadian orders.

In order to be eligible for a refund, all returned products must be in excellent condition. We will not accept products that are broken, soiled, chewed up, or in poor condition. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Please note that a $15 flat fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from the refund. 

For U.S. orders, due to tariffs, duties, and additional customs procedures, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges. However, store credit will be provided for eligible orders.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit. If store credit is chosen, an extra 5% of the original item price will be added.

Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to process.
