My partner and I, in different cities, found ourselves falling in love with the same dog breed — a small, serendipitous moment that stayed with us.
Later, as life with our dog unfolded, we realized something even more meaningful.
The joy we felt wasn’t tied to one big milestone. It showed up quietly, in unplanned ways —through everyday moments of care, comfort, and simply being there. Fleeting moments that felt right and stayed with us long after.
